Meet The Team

Kelli Jones is a Regional Director of Therapy with Coordinated Therapy Solutions. Kelli is a 2005 graduate from Penn Valley Community College with experience in acute rehab and skilled nursing facilities. She has spent the last 5 years as a Regional Director of Therapy in a variety of states and settings including CCRC's, SNF, IRF, Brain Injury Unit. Throughout her experience, she has successfully carried out transitions between therapy providers and operators, and organized and hosted educational opportunities in therapy programs, leadership training, and mentorship programs. Kelli holds a current Women in Leadership Certification through Missouri State University and has been a board member since 2022. Other certifications include fall prevention and aquatic therapy with extensive training in neurological disorders. When Kelli is not working, she enjoys reading and watching her kids in their various activities. Together, with their dog, they go glamping, hiking, and kayaking.
