Michael is an experienced healthcare professional with over a decade in therapy operations management. He is a graduate of Penn State University and a Licensed PTA. With a diverse understanding in the multi-facets of skilled nursing, Michael serves as Chief Executive Officer of Coordinated Therapy Solutions.

Krystle Seigler is a Regional Director of Therapy with Coordinated Therapy Solutions She provides oversight to the rehabilitation programs across Kansas.

Kelli Hedgpeth is a Regional Director of Therapy with Coordinated Therapy Solutions. Kelli is a 2005 graduate from Penn Valley Community College with experience in acute rehab and skilled nursing facilities. She has spent the last 5 years as a Regional Director of Therapy in a variety of states and settings including CCRC's, SNF, IRF, Brain Injury Unit.

Samantha Lane is the Director of Appeals and Clinical Auditing for Coordinated Therapy Solutions, where she is responsible for monitoring all clinical programs with an emphasis on ADR, Denials, and Appeals management. Samantha acts as a direct support to the Regional Therapy staff and Clinical Reimbursement team ensuring all federal, state, and local guidelines are maintained accordingly.

Kathleen Lucius-Smith, aka Kate, a Regional Director of Therapy for Coordinated Therapy Solutions covering the NH region.  She brings 25 years of experience in both the Geriatric and the Pediatric realm of therapy. She started her journey at Keene State College for Early Childhood Education but discovered that was not her calling in life and enrolled in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Claremont Technical College and have been practicing since 1998.
