Michael Prebich

Michael is an experienced healthcare professional with over a decade in therapy operations management. He is a graduate of Penn State University and a Licensed PTA. With a diverse understanding in the multi-facets of skilled nursing, Michael serves as Chief Executive Officer of Coordinated Therapy Solutions. In his role, he oversees the operational leadership team and is responsible for the strategic growth and vision of our company. He demonstrates strong leadership abilities, clinical understanding, and compassion for the patients we service. In his career, he has successfully launched multiple therapy startups and grown them into thriving companies. He has a proven track record in the development of current industry leaders as well as future ones to come through his ability to appropriately identify and mentor staff. He believes in the importance of supporting team members around him by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and resources to be successful. Michael has a passion for sharing his industry knowledge and working with others to help them navigate the many challenges that come from operating a therapy business. When not working, Michael loves spending time with his two children and wife. This consists of time spent at parks, camping, and swimming. He is an avid hunter and enjoys working with his hands any chance he gets.
