Michael Prebich

Michael is an experienced healthcare professional with over a decade of leadership in therapy operations management. A proud graduate of Penn State University and a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), he brings a comprehensive and hands-on understanding of skilled nursing facility operations.

As Chief Executive Officer of Coordinated Therapy Solutions, Michael leads the company’s operational leadership team and is responsible for driving its strategic vision and long-term growth. His leadership blends clinical insight, operational excellence, and a deep compassion for both patients and the professionals who serve them.

Over the course of his career, Michael has successfully launched and grown multiple therapy startups into high-performing, sustainable businesses. He has a proven track record of developing today’s industry leaders and mentoring the next generation through his commitment to talent development and team empowerment.

Michael’s leadership philosophy centers on providing team members with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. He is passionate about sharing his expertise and helping others navigate the challenges of therapy business operations—from compliance and staffing to clinical strategy and performance.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Whether at the park, camping, or swimming, family time is his priority. He’s also an avid hunter and enjoys hands-on projects whenever possible.
